Ide o seniornú, vysoko operatívnu („hands-on“) pozíciu zameranú na riadenie a realizáciu transferu výrobných liniek pre tepelné a vodné merače, vrátane presunu technológií, zásob, testovacích kapacít a súvisiacich procesov. Pozícia zahŕňa zodpovednosť za uvedenie výrobných zariadení do prevádzky, kvalifikáciu procesov, zabezpečenie potrebných schválení a úspešný nábeh výroby do štandardnej prevádzky. Zároveň sa podieľa na budovaní lokálnych výrobných schopností a stabilizácii prevádzky v prijímajúcej lokalite.

Hlavné zodpovednosti:

Koordinácia projektov Redstream (tepelné merače) a Bluestream (vodomery) počas celej fázy transferu a nábehu výroby. Riadenie presunu výrobných liniek, technológií a súvisiaceho vybavenia. Zodpovednosť za inštaláciu výrobných zariadení a ich uvedenie do prevádzky. Koordinácia kvalifikácie výrobných procesov, zariadení a testovacích pracovísk. Zabezpečenie metrologických, kvalitatívnych a regulačných schválení. Riadenie nábehu výroby podľa schváleného harmonogramu a projektových míľnikov. Koordinácia presunu výrobných zásob, materiálu a výrobných aktív medzi lokalitami. Zodpovednosť za ukončenie a odovzdanie aktivít na pôvodných výrobných pracoviskách. Zabezpečenie kontinuity dodávok počas celého transferu. Koordinácia pripravenosti výrobných priestorov, infraštruktúry a technického zázemia v prijímajúcom závode. Spolupráca s IT tímami pri zavádzaní a sprevádzkovaní systémov (MES, ERP a pod.). Koordinácia logistických, skladových a materiálových tokov súvisiacich s transferom. Úzka spolupráca s tímami kvality, výroby, logistiky, IT, HR a externými partnermi. Pôsobenie ako hlavný kontaktný bod spoločnosti v prijímajúcej lokalite počas realizácie transferu. Podpora budovania lokálnych výrobných a prevádzkových kapacít. Organizácia a koordinácia školení operátorov a výrobných tímov. Riadenie rizík, závislostí a kritických aktivít naprieč oboma projektmi. Sledovanie a vyhodnocovanie nákladov transferu vrátane CAPEX a OPEX. Pravidelné reportovanie stavu projektov, rizík a akčných plánov vedeniu programu. Zabezpečenie dodržiavania bezpečnostných, kvalitatívnych a prevádzkových štandardov.
