  • Translate complex clinical or regulatory needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Assist and participate in design reviews, UAT, and QA to validate that clinical best practice and compliance are met.
  • Provide ongoing education and consultation to engineering,UX, and product teams to increase clinical understanding.

Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration

  • Serve as a resource to implementation, training, and support teams on clinical workflow design and compliance topics
  • Evaluate customer feedback regarding clinical features, documentation, and compliance.
  • Participate in advisory boards, beta programs, and onsite visits to validate real-world effectiveness of clinical workflows.
  • Act as a trusted contact for practicing dermatologists and nurses, ensuring EZDERM remains grounded in current clinical realities.

Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
