💡 Essa vaga também é elegível para pessoas com deficiência (PcD).Responsabilidades e atribuições• Arquitetura: definir e documentar arquitetura, padrões de código e decisões técnicas (ADR), com foco em escalabilidade, segurança e integração com ERP: Mega, SIVEZ, Junix e Oracle;

• Qualidade: implantar e manter SDD, TDD, BDD e DDD na rotina da squad; conduzir code review e garantir quality gates no pipeline;

• Desenvolvimento com IA: padronizar o uso de IA no ciclo de desenvolvimento (regras de contexto, prompts, critérios de revisão humana) e medir seu impacto;

• Entrega contínua: estruturar e evoluir CI/CD, ambientes, observabilidade e práticas de deploy seguro;

• Parceria com PO e QA: participar do refinamento, traduzir necessidades em especificações técnicas, estimar esforço e explicitar riscos e dívida técnica;

• Hands-on: desenvolver funcionalidades críticas e resolver problemas técnicos complexos junto com o time;

• Pessoas: desenvolver tecnicamente os devs (mentoria, pair programming, onboarding) e participar das contratações técnicas;

• Interface: apoiar a interlocução técnica com áreas de negócio e fornecedores (fábricas de software e parceiros de integração);

• Gestão de contas, licenciamento e segurança em ambiente Microsoft 365 e ferramentas de colaboração;

• Operação de ferramentas de monitoramento de ativos e gestão de inventário automatizado, noções de scripting (PowerShell ou Shell Script) para automação de tarefas rotineiras;

• Aplicação técnica de janelas de atualização (Patch Management) e correção de falhas de segurança em sistemas operacionais e aplicações;• Elaboração e manutenção de diagramas, inventário detalhado de ativos e documentação de arquitetura de sistemas, incluindo interdependências e regras de acesso.Requisitos e qualificações• Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

• 5+ anos em desenvolvimento de software, sendo 2+ anos como Tech Lead ou desenvolvedor sênior com liderança técnica.
