ERP Application Administrator (H/F) - GIORGETTIDans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe IT, nous recherchons un ERP Application Administrator chargé d'assurer le bon fonctionnement, la stabilité et l'évolution de notre ERP.Vos responsabilités :Administration & support ERP Participer à l'administration et au paramétrage de l'ERP Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'application au quotidien Analyser et résoudre les incidents ou problèmes récurrents Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle et techniqueSupport technique & analyse Diagnostiquer les problèmes liés à l'application, aux données ou aux flux Analyser les causes racines et proposer des solutions durables Accompagner les utilisateurs sur des problématiques complexes Faire le lien entre les besoins métiers et les solutions applicativesDonnées & interfaces Réaliser des analyses et extractions de données via SQL Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des interfaces avec d'autres applications Analyser les flux de données (CSV, XML, JSON, API)Évolutions Participer à l'analyse des besoins d'évolution de l'ERP Contribuer aux phases de tests et de validation Proposer des améliorations et automatisations (Excel / VBA)Votre profil : Formation en informatique, systèmes d'information ou data 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur un ERP, une application métier ou un environnement data Bonne maîtrise de SQL et des bases de données relationnelles Bonne maîtrise d'Excel (VBA est un plus) Capacité à analyser des données et comprendre les processus métiersUne connaissance des processus ERP dans le secteur de la construction est un atout (gestion de projets, suivi budgétaire, facturation d'avancement, sous-traitance, intégration comptable).
