Description de tâches:Rejoignez Félix GiorgettiAfin de renforcer notre Département Secrétariat, nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste à 80 %.Vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients, partenaires et collaborateurs et contribuerez à offrir un accueil professionnel et chaleureux tout en assurant le bon fonctionnement quotidien de nos espaces de travail. Vos missions• Assurer l'accueil physique des visiteurs, clients et fournisseurs avec professionnalisme et convivialité.• Gérer le standard téléphonique, filtrer et transférer les appels.• Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant (réception, distribution, préparation et affranchissement).• Gérer les réservations des salles de réunion, veiller à leur préparation et contrôler régulièrement leur bon état.• Organiser et préparer les repas internes, gérer les commandes et assurer leur mise en place.• Veiller au réapprovisionnement des espaces d'accueil, des salles de réunion et des espaces de convivialité.• Réaliser diverses tâches administratives : classement, archivage, copies, numérisation de documents, commandes de fournitures et de matériel. Votre profil• Vous maîtrisez impérativement le luxembourgeois et le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; toute autre langue constitue un réel atout.• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent sens du service, votre discrétion et votre présentation soignée.• Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), polyvalent(e) et savez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.• Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).• Le permis B constitue un atout.
