Til opstart snarest muligt søger vi endnu en forsikringsleder til at planlægge og koordinere sager i Færch & Co.’s forsikringsafdeling. Du bliver tilknyttet vores afdeling i Aalborg og bliver en del af et team med to forsikringsledere i Aalborg og én i Odense.

Som forsikringsleder er du en vigtig del af vores serviceteam. Du har ansvaret for at sikre, at der bliver taget hånd om forsikringssagerne fra start til slut, herunder planlægning af udførelser, uddelegering af opgaver, besigtigelser mv.

Færch & Co.’s serviceafdeling har en portefølje af sager for forsikringsselskaber, erhverv og private. Du har mulighed for at sparre med de øvrige serviceledere og ledelsen. Til at hjælpe med de daglige opgaver arbejder du tæt sammen med vores servicekoordinator og et team af engagerede og dygtige tømrersvende, der klarer tømrerarbejdet.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

• Tage imod indkomne sager fra forsikringsselskaber og være med til at sikre et højt serviceniveau i afdelingen.

• Løbende kommunikation med forsikringsselskaber og deres kunder, egne tømrersvende, underleverandører og andre kolleger.

• Planlægge og koordinere arbejdsopgaver for forsikringsafdelingens tømrere.

• Indhente, udarbejde og følge op på tilbud, samt fakturere og afslutte sager.

• En håndværksmæssig baggrund.

• Erfaring fra forsikringsområdet, evt. med brug af Scalepoint vil være en fordel.

• Stærke IT-kundskaber.

• God til at skabe overblik og holde mange bolde i luften på en arbejdsplads med fart over feltet.
