A Fórmula do Talento, consultora especializada em Recrutamento e Seleção, encontra-se a apoiar um cliente na identificação de um Assistente Administrativo Financeiro (m/f) para integrar a sua equipa. O nosso cliente é uma empresa consolidada no setor gráfico e de impressão, reconhecida pela qualidade dos seus serviços e pelo investimento contínuo na inovação e no desenvolvimento da sua equipa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão do expediente geral do escritório, incluindo organização de documentos, arquivos e correspondência
  • Atendimento telefónico e suporte administrativo a clientes e fornecedores
  • Apoio às rotinas financeiras
  • Apoio na preparação de relatórios e documentos administrativos
  • Apoio à gestão de recursos humanos, nomeadamente no controlo de ponto, assiduidade e suporte à área de payroll

Perfil Pretendido

  • Habilitações mínimas ao nível do Ensino Secundário
  • Formação complementar nas áreas de Administração, Contabilidade, Gestão ou Finanças (valorizada)
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em funções administrativas e/ou financeiras.
  • Experiência em rotinas de expediente geral de escritório: gestão de documentos, atendimento telefónico e organização administrativa.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de tarefas financeiras
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e contacto com softwares de gestão (Sage, Primavera, PHC ou similares)
  • Organização e rigor no trabalho diário
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Capacidade de trabalho autónomo e em equipa
  • Proatividade, sentido de responsabilidade e discrição no tratamento de informação administrativa e financeira
  • Discrição e confidencialidade no manuseio de informações financeiras e administrativas

Condições

  • Contrato sem termo (elegível para medida IEFP +Emprego)
  • Horário: segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h30 às 17h30m
