A Fórmula do Talento encontra-se a recrutar um Coordenador(a) de Marketing e Desenvolvimento de Negócio (m/f) para integrar uma empresa cliente, na zona de Lisboa.

Missão da Função

Coordenar e implementar iniciativas de marketing e comunicação alinhadas com os objetivos da empresa, garantindo uma execução eficaz dos projetos e contribuindo para o crescimento e fortalecimento da marca. 

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Planear e implementar iniciativas de marketing e comunicação;
  • Coordenar projetos e assegurar a sua execução dentro dos prazos definidos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e crescimento do negócio;
  • Desenvolver materiais de suporte comercial e institucional;
  • Monitorizar resultados e propor ações de melhoria;
  • Apoiar a estruturação e evolução da área de Marketing e Comunicação.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou área similar
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções semelhantes
  • Experiência em coordenação e implementação de projetos – perfil hands-on
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades
  • Perfil autónomo, proativo e orientado para resultados
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
