A Fórmula do Talento encontra-se a recrutar, para uma empresa do setor da construção com atividade na área da Engenharia Eletrotécnica, um/a Diretor/a de Unidade de Negócio para reforçar a Direção de Produção.

Esta função combina a coordenação de equipas com o acompanhamento da execução de várias obras, assegurando o controlo de custos, prazos e qualidade, bem como o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos e a satisfação dos clientes.

Missão da Função

Coordenar e acompanhar a atividade das obras sob a sua responsabilidade, apoiando os Diretores de Obra e contribuindo para o cumprimento dos objetivos operacionais, financeiros e de qualidade.

Principais Responsabilidades

– Coordenar, acompanhar e apoiar os Diretores de Obra, assegurando o acompanhamento da execução e dos objetivos definidos; – Acompanhar e aprovar o planeamento das obras, controlando custos, prazos de execução e resultados; – Participar na tomada de decisões estratégicas e nas reuniões da Direção de Produção; – Liderar e acompanhar as equipas, em particular os Diretores de Obra; – Selecionar e contratar subempreiteiros e acompanhar consultas a fornecedores; – Assegurar o tratamento de reclamações de clientes e o acompanhamento de não conformidades; – Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e normativos aplicáveis às obras, incluindo Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, Qualidade e Ambiente; – Reportar ao Diretor Geral informação relevante sobre a atividade e o desempenho das obras.

Requisitos:

– Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica; – Reconhecimento pela DGEG e OET; – Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções relevantes no setor da construção; – Experiência em planeamento, acompanhamento e controlo de obras, custos e prazos; – Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipas, com autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade; – Capacidade de comunicação, organização, planeamento e orientação para resultados; – Domínio da língua portuguesa e bons conhecimentos de inglês; – Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office.
