A Fórmula do Talento encontra-se a recrutar um/a Farmacêutico/a para integrar uma farmácia de referência na zona do Restelo / Algés.

Missão da Função

Prestar um serviço farmacêutico de qualidade e de proximidade, assegurando um acompanhamento cuidado dos utentes, promovendo a utilização responsável do medicamento e contribuindo ativamente para o bom funcionamento da farmácia.

Principais Responsabilidades

– Prestar aconselhamento farmacêutico e assegurar um atendimento personalizado e de confiança aos utentes;

– Garantir a dispensa correta e segura de medicamentos e outros produtos de saúde;

– Promover a utilização responsável do medicamento e acompanhar as necessidades dos utentes;

– Colaborar de forma próxima com os restantes elementos da equipa na atividade diária da farmácia;

– Contribuir para a qualidade do serviço e para a melhoria contínua dos processos;

– Realizar entregas de medicamentos ao domicílio.

– Mestrado Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas;

– Forte sentido de responsabilidade, compromisso e rigor;

– Capacidade para transmitir confiança e segurança no atendimento;

– Boa capacidade de comunicação e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;

– Empatia e proximidade na relação com os utentes;

– Vontade de aprender, evoluir e investir no desenvolvimento profissional;

– Capacidade de iniciativa e orientação para a resolução de desafios;

– Atitude positiva, proativa e espírito colaborativo.
