A Portela Cafés está à procura de um/a Estagiário/a para integrar a área de Recursos Humanos, na nossa sede no Prior Velho.

Tudo começou em 1977, com a abertura da primeira Casa dos Cafés Portela. Quase 50 anos depois, a Portela Cafés continua a crescer, mantendo viva uma história portuguesa construída à volta do café, das pessoas e da vontade de fazer sempre melhor. Ao longo das décadas, fomos abrindo novas lojas, criando novos produtos e evoluindo enquanto marca, sem perder a essência que está na nossa origem.

Durante seis meses, vais ter contacto direto com diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos e perceber, na prática, como se gere o ciclo de vida dos colaboradores numa empresa com várias equipas e unidades. O estágio tem a duração de 6 meses e está enquadrado na medida Estágios +Talento, para nível 6.

O que vais aprender e fazer?

Vais apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, desde a elaboração e publicação de anúncios até à triagem curricular, contacto com candidatos e agendamento de entrevistas. Terás também contacto com processos de acolhimento e integração, gestão administrativa de pessoal, contratos, assiduidade, férias, horários, atualização de bases de dados e preparação de informação para o processamento salarial.

Ao longo do estágio, vais ainda poder acompanhar temas de formação, avaliação de desempenho, elaboração de indicadores de RH e projetos de melhoria e digitalização dos processos internos, assumindo progressivamente maior autonomia.

O perfil que procuramos:

  • Licenciatura na área de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Ciências Sociais ou semelhante;
  • Boa capacidade de organização e comunicação;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Atenção ao detalhe e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
  • Interesse pela área de gestão de pessoas.
