A Fórmula do Talento encontra-se a recrutar, para uma empresa cliente de referência no setor da engenharia, construção metalomecânica e desenvolvimento de soluções industriais, um Técnico de Qualidade (QAS).

Esta é uma oportunidade para integrar uma empresa com atividade em projetos industriais, de engenharia, energia e infraestruturas, assumindo um papel ativo na implementação, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.

𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀ã𝗼 𝗱𝗮 𝗙𝘂𝗻çã𝗼

Assegurar a implementação, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, promovendo o cumprimento dos requisitos da norma ISO 9001, a melhoria dos processos e a conformidade com os procedimentos internos.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀

– Assegurar a implementação e manutenção do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade; – Acompanhar o cumprimento dos requisitos da norma ISO 9001; – Elaborar, rever e atualizar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e restante documentação do sistema; – Planear e realizar auditorias internas, acompanhando a implementação das respetivas ações corretivas e de melhoria; – Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua; – Acompanhar a gestão de não conformidades, ações corretivas e ações preventivas; – Apoiar auditorias externas e processos de certificação; – Promover a sensibilização das equipas para as boas práticas da qualidade.

𝗢 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀

– Formação superior compatível com a função; – Conhecimentos na implementação e manutenção de Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade, nomeadamente de acordo com a ISO 9001; – Capacidade de análise, planeamento e organização; – Autonomia e capacidade de resolução de problemas; – Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; – Residência na região do Grande Porto; – Disponibilidade para deslocações em território nacional.

𝗢 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀

– Experiência em funções na área da Qualidade; – Experiência em contexto industrial, engenharia ou metalomecânica.

– Integração numa empresa de referência no setor industrial e metalomecânico; – Participação em projetos técnicos de elevada exigência e dimensão; – Vencimento base ajustado à função e à experiência profissional; – Outras regalias em vigor na empresa.
