The posting

A Fórmula do Talento está a recrutar Técnico/a de Contabilidade para empresa cliente, integrada num contexto profissional exigente e orientado para o rigor contabilístico e financeiro.

Funções:

  • Análise, preparação e classificação de documentos, na ótica da contabilidade geral e de centros de custos;
  • Interação regular, via email e/ou telefone, com o responsável financeiro da empresa cliente;
  • Lançamento informático de documentos contabilísticos;
  • Conciliação de contas correntes de bancos, clientes e fornecedores;
  • Tratamento contabilístico dos movimentos de ativos fixos e criação das respetivas fichas;
  • Preparação dos elementos para encerramento mensal, incluindo reporte contabilístico e financeiro;
  • Preparação dos elementos para encerramento anual de contas e acompanhamento das tarefas de Revisão Legal;
  • Apuramento das retenções de IRS e IRC;
  • Apuramento dos pagamentos por conta de IRC;
  • Elaboração do Balanço, Demonstração de Resultados e Anexos do exercício;
  • Preparação da informação para o Modelo 22 e IES (Declaração Anual);
  • Elaboração do Dossier Fiscal do Exercício;
  • Outras tarefas de natureza contabilística inerentes à função.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade ou Gestão;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 2 a 3 anos em funções similares;
  • Bons conhecimentos do Sistema de Normalização Contabilística (SNC);
  • Conhecimentos intermédios de Microsoft Office, com especial enfoque em Excel;
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com deadlines e objetivos;
  • Resiliência, responsabilidade e sentido de compromisso;
  • Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Conhecimentos de SAGE for Accountants e Primavera serão valorizados;
  • Carta de Condução.
