Fórmula do Talento é uma empresa de consultoria de Recursos Humanos que apoia as empresas portuguesas na promoção e desenvolvimento dos seus colaboradores.

Encontramo-nos a recrutar, para uma empresa cliente de referência no setor da Construção Civil, um(a) Técnico(a) de Estudos e Propostas, para reforçar a sua equipa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Elaboração e preparação de propostas;
  • Elaboração de documentação técnica;
  • Análise dos elementos necessários à preparação das propostas;
  • Consulta e contacto com fornecedores e subempreiteiros;
  • Análise e comparação de propostas de fornecedores;
  • Apoio na preparação dos processos de consulta e adjudicação.

Perfil Pretendido:

  • Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente no setor da Construção Civil;
  • Experiência na elaboração de estudos e propostas;
  • Perfil dinâmico, responsável e organizado;
  • Boa capacidade de análise, planeamento e gestão de prioridades;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office e Microsoft Project;
  • Conhecimentos de CCS;
  • Capacidade de autonomia e de trabalho em equipa.
