The posting

As a part-time Leasing Professional you will gain invaluable business, sales, and customer service experience and the opportunity to grow and advance in the Paradigm organization by becoming a team member at one of our apartment communities in Arlington, VA.   What the Leasing Professional will be doing: •  Delivering outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors. •  Leading tours of the community, capturing rental commitments and handling related responsibilities from application process to successful move-in. •  Ensuring prospective and current residents’ compliance with the affordable housing requirements. •  Completing marketing activities and preparing leasing related reports. •  Assisting with resident relations, administrative assignments, and property management tasks. •  Working with property department team members to create a positive environment for staff, residents, and visitors.   What the Leasing Professional will need to succeed: •  Residential leasing experience or customer service experience in a related service field required. LIHTC/Affordable housing knowledge preferred. College degree a plus. •  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. •  Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Entrata and social media platforms and marketing a plus. •  Strong interpersonal communication skills and familiarity with professional business writing. •  Organizational skills with accuracy in work and ability to multi-task.
