Se responsabiliza em zelar pelo conteúdo e identidade visual da empresa e garantir a integração e atualização das informações em todos os meios de comunicação e ações como eventos e campanhas.

Está sob as responsabilidades de um Coordenador de Marketing, elaborar, propor e acompanhar os planos e programas de marketing, através do desenvolvimento e promoção dos produtos, participando da formulação da política comercial da empresa, analisar e avaliar os enfoques promocionais, os veículos e canais de propaganda utilizados, estabelecer, acompanhar e conduzir o Plano de Marketing dos produtos, criar, planejar, executar e acompanhar as promoções e ações de marketing, liderar a equipe, elaborar relatórios e fazer reuniões, coordenar campanhas, estabelecer comunicação com equipes de outros setores, de acordo com o surgimento de necessidades na produção de ações e campanhas, coordenar e desenvolver materiais promocionais de divulgação da empresa e dos produtos, elaborar e acompanhar planos de marketing, responder pela organização de feiras, exposições e eventos dos quais a empresa participa, desenvolver projetos de novos produtos e serviços, propondo ações de venda interna e externa, elaborando projetos de micro localização de pontos de atendimento, merchandising e programas de publicidade e propaganda, realizar estudos para detectar e aproveitar oportunidades de mercado, criando e desenvolvendo novos produtos ou adequando os já existentes às necessidades do mercado.
