  • Manage relationships with organisers, agencies, venues and suppliers, overseeing deadlines, entitlements, budgets, logistics and on-site delivery
  • Evaluate performance against agreed objectives, capturing attendee engagement, stakeholder feedback, pipeline impact and lessons learned to inform future investment decisions
  • Support the planning and execution of EMEA conferences. Work in collaboration with the EMEA events specialist, corporate events team and the EMEA marketing team to support the co-ordinated effort to drive customers and partners to our annual user conference
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the strategy, objectives, audience journey, agenda, format, programme plan and success measures
  • Define and tailor the end-user experience for each hosted event, ensuring it resonates with the distinct needs and expectations of audiences ranging from practitioners to C-suite executives

Background & Experience

  • Strong commercial judgement, budget ownership and vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions
  • Expert at defining objectives and developing solutions to complete complex assignments independently

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
