Se você tiver interesse em escrever uma história de sucesso com a gente te convidamos a embarcar conosco em direção ao futuro ✈️ #SomosZurichAirportBrasilResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será responsável por:Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e submissão de relatórios de qualidade regulatórios da ANAC;Apoiar a preparação de planos de qualidade e documentos utilizados em auditorias periódicas;Apoiar o tratamento de casos de ouvidoria, especialmente em demandas ligadas ao suporte ao passageiro;Contribuir em iniciativas e projetos operacionais, apoiando levantamentos, organização de dados e cronogramas;Apoiar a elaboração de apresentações, relatórios e materiais utilizados em reuniões operacionais;Organizar e manter atualizados arquivos, documentos e bancos de dados operacionais;Contribuir com análises básicas que auxiliem na tomada de decisão do time de Operações;Auxiliar no registro, controle e acompanhamento de ações corretivas relacionadas aos indicadores operacionais;Auxiliar no monitoramento de KPIs regulatórios (IQS, Fator Q).Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ necessário ter:Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Gestão Aeroportuária, Gestão da Qualidade, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas, planejamento, operações ou qualidade;Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Excel, PowerPoint e World);Vivência no setor aeroportuário, aéreo ou setores regulados será considerada um diferencial;Experiência com análise de dados ou rotinas de compliance será um plus.
