En effet, dans le cadre du développement de notre société nous recherchons un/une :

Assistant(e) ADV et Planification (F/H) pour notre service Installations Neuves

Chez FAAC Technologies, intégrer notre équipe Installations signifie faire partie d’un environnement où l’état d’esprit lean, le respect et la collaboration ne sont pas de simples principes : Ils sont vécus au quotidien. Dans un cadre dynamique et flexible, vous vivrez des relations authentiques, renforcées par des moments de partage informels. Un contexte idéal pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent évoluer durablement, sans compromis sur leurs valeurs.

Vos missions :

- Traitement administratif des commandes : Une fois le devis validé par les clients, vous renseignez la commande dans notre système informatique afin de lancer la production des portes commandées au niveau des usines. Vous préparez ensuite le dossier de pose.

- Planification des Interventions : En collaboration avec les équipes techniques terrain, vous planifiez les chantiers d'installations des portes commandées, en respectant les délais de production et les contraintes du client. Vous préparez, ajustez et modifiez le planning en lien avec les différents intervenants (clients, poseurs, sous-traitants, chargés de projets…)

- Gestion de la facturation : Une fois le chantier finalisé, vous vérifiez que l'ensemble des documents de clôture du chantier ont été complétés et réceptionnés afin de procéder à la facturation du chantier. Vous participez à la résolution des éventuels litiges liés à la facturation.

Ce que nous recherchons :

- Formation : Niveau Bac à Bac +2 en administration des ventes ou gestion PME

- Expérience professionnelle : Vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans en tant qu’Assistant(e) ADV, Facturation ou Planification.

- Qualités personnelles : Esprit d'initiative, capacité d'adaptation, dynamisme, aisance relationnelle et polyvalence.

Ce que nous offrons :

- Salaire Fixe : 24 000 € à 26 000 € bruts annuel, en fonction du profil

- Salaire variable : 2 000 € par an de primes sur objectifs
