En effet, dans le cadre du développement de notre société nous recherchons un/une :

Conducteur/trice de travaux

Vos missions :

Gestion des chantiers : Une fois la commande validée par le client, vous réalisez les relevés techniques sur site que vous transmettez ensuite au chargé de projets pour validation avant réalisation des travaux. Vous assurez le pilotage et le suivi de vos chantiers de A à Z, (réunions de chantier, coordination des étapes d'exécution, réceptions de chantier) en veillant au respect des exigences de qualité, coûts, délais. Vous intervenez ponctuellement pour des mises en service et des dépannages.

Encadrement et gestion des sous-traitants : Vous coordonnez et accompagnez les sous-traitants de votre secteur géographique en veillant à la conformité des travaux réalisés et contribuez au développement d'un réseau de partenaires fiables et performants. Vous prenez en charge la formation des sous-traitants à l’installation de nos produits.

Support technique et relation client : Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié du client final sur site et êtes garant de sa satisfaction via une communication de proximité.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amenez à vous déplacer sur l’ensemble de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.

Le profil que nous recherchons : Formation technique : Niveau Bac/Bac +2 dans le domaine technique

Expérience technique : Vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans le secteur de la porte automatique ou de la gestion de chantiers BTP.

Qualités personnelles : Esprit d'initiative, capacité d'adaptation, dynamisme, aisance relationnelle.

Les bonnes raisons de nous rejoindre : Salaire Fixe : 36000-38000 € bruts par an, en fonction du niveau d'expérience

Salaire variable : 2 000 € bruts par an de primes sur objectifs
