L’équipe RH France est composée de 2 GRH, 1 Gestionnaire de Paie, 1 Chargée de recrutement et 1 alternante HSE répondant à la DRH France.

En effet, dans le cadre du développement de notre société nous recherchons un/une :

Gestionnaire paie confirmé & Statistiques H/F

Vos missions :

  • Paie : En tant qu’unique Gestionnaire de paie, vous gérez la paie dans son intégralité pour l’ensemble des deux entités, de la création du collaborateur dans le SIRH à l’édition du Solde de tout compte, ainsi que les états post-paie en relation avec le service Financier (CCN Métallurgie)
  • Gestion des temps : Vous saisissez les évènements, corrigez les anomalies et réalisez les modifications de paramétrage dans l’outil de Gestion des temps.
  • Déclaration Sociales : Vous établissez les déclarations sociales auprès des organismes auxquels sont affiliés les salariés et l’entreprise en autonomie (DOETH, DPAE, DSN globale et évènementielle…).
  • Suivi de la maladie : Vous êtes responsable du suivi des IJSS et de la gestion des dossiers prévoyance
  • Statistiques & projets RH transverses : En collaboration avec l’ensemble du Service RH vous êtes amené à établir des statistiques pour la préparation des audits internes, BDESE, Index égalité Hommes/Femmes, budgets masse salariale, intéressement/participation et suivi de la performance RH.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Formation technique : Niveau Bac +2/3 en Paie ou Comptabilité
  • Expérience technique : Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire et maitrisez ADP DECIDIUM.
  • Qualités personnelles : Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’initiative, excellent relationnel et capacités d'adaptation.

  • Salaire Fixe : 35 000 € à 40 000 € en fonction du niveau d’expérience
  • Salaire variable : 2 000 € de prime annuelle sur objectifs
