Dans le cadre de notre réorganisation, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Base de Données Clients H/F

CDD de 12 mois

Vos missions :

Vous serez le/la référent(e) de la qualité de notre base clients et aurez un rôle clé dans la mise en place d'un nouveau processus de gestion des données. Votre mission ne se limite pas à la mise à jour des données : vous travaillerez avec les différents services, formerez les utilisateurs et les accompagnerez dans la mise en application de ce nouveau processus.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Participer à la définition et au déploiement d'un processus de création d’un contact sur la base en collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise.
  • Former et accompagner les équipes internes à l’application de ce nouveau processus.
  • Créer les nouveaux comptes clients dans notre système d'information
  • Mettre à jour et enrichir les fiches clients existantes en fonction des conditions contractuelles.
  • Identifier les interlocuteurs clés (internes et externes) pour assurer le suivi optimal des dossiers clients.

Votre profil

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre adaptabilité, votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle.

Vous appréciez les tâches nécessitant méthode et précision tout en conservant une dimension relationnelle grâce aux contacts réguliers avec les clients et les équipes internes. Votre parcours vous a permis d’acquérir une vision transversale des services opérationnels d’une entreprise.

Vous êtes sensibilisé aux outils informatiques (Excel, Microsoft Pack Office, ERP).

Au-delà de votre expérience, nous recherchons avant tout une personne curieuse, polyvalente et impliquée, qui aime apprendre, comprendre son environnement et travailler en collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs.

Ce que nous offrons :

- Salaire Fixe : Entre 28 000 € et 30 000 € par an en fonction du niveau d’expérience

- Salaire variable : 1000 € bruts de prime annuelle sur objectifs, prime de participation aux bénéfices, tickets restaurants, comité d’entreprise
