Für unsere Praxis in Zürich Oerlikon suchen wir ab sofort ine engagierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, den Praxisalltag aktiv mitzugestalten und unseren Patient:innen ein positives Erlebnis zu bieten.

Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Patienten in der Praxis
  • Terminvereinbarungen und -management
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Patienten
  • Verwaltung von Patientenakten und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des medizinischen Teams in organisatorischen Belangen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

Must-haves

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation;
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der medizinischen Verwaltung oder Rezeption von Vorteil;
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten;
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten;
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen;
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Office-Anwendungen;
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, an fünf Tagen pro Woche zu arbeiten, einschliesslich Wochenenden;
  • Die Bewerber/innen müssen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift gut beherrschen.
