Wissenschaftliche/\-n Projektmitarbeiter/\-in =============================================

als Studienassistenz im Joint\-Master «Digital Communication and Creative Media Production» (80 \- 100 %)Sie unterstützen die reibungslose Planung und Durchführung des Lehrbetriebs im Joint\-Masterprogramm . Dabei beraten Sie die Dozierenden, Studierenden und Studieninteressierten und sind Drehscheibe für verschiedene Anfragen. Sie erstellen Stundenpläne, planen den Raumbedarf, organisieren Veranstaltungen und unterstützen Einschreibungen und Feedbackprozesse. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Studienleitung bei der Vermarktung des Studienangebots, der Qualitätssicherung, der Finanz\- und Budgetplanung und beim Personalmanagement. Der Arbeitsort ist in Chur.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor in Multimedia Production, Design, Medientechnik, Medienwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Organisations\- und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Vernetztes Denken und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit digitalen Medien
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Studierenden und Dozierenden
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung in E\-Learning\-Systemen wie Moodle, CRM\-Tools und Social Media (von Vorteil)
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
