Sinds oktober 2022 is Facilicom Solutions de facilitaire services provider voor Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) in Nederland. JDE is in Nederland bekend van merken zoals Douwe Egberts, Senseo, L’OR en Pickwick. Facilicom Solutions levert op alle locaties het integraal facilitair management. Denk daarbij aan het integraal managen en het leveren van onder andere schoonmaak dienstverlening, catering, receptie en beveiliging. De werkzaamheden op de locaties worden uitgevoerd door Gom, Trigion, Embrace en Food&I die evenals Facilicom Solutions tot de Facilicom Group behoren.

Om onze dienstverlening naar een nóg hoger niveau te tillen, zijn we op zoek naar leuke en energieke collega die ons komt helpen met de interne logistiek op het terrein van de koffiebranderij in Utrecht.

In deze uitdagende rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het interne transport van allerlei zaken die de JDE collega’s van de afdeling Research & Development nodig hebben. Je neemt (post)pakketten en pallets in ontvangst en zorgt voor de juiste administratieve afhandeling en ondertekening van de relevante documentatie. Pallets vervoer je doorgaans van A naar B met behulp van een heftruck. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat de ontvanger tijdig wordt geïnformeerd over het ontvangst en stem de levering verder af. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer, dat het magazijn er tiptop uitziet en het voorbereiden van (post)pakketten. Ook zal je incidenteel meehelpen met ad hoc zaken zoals het verplaatsen van meubels, kantoorverhuizingen en het voorbereiden van VIP bezoeken.

Jij bent voor de JDE collega’s hét aanspreekpunt voor de interne logistiek dus je zorgt voor een klantvriendelijke dienstverlening en je bouwt aan professionele samenwerking met je collega’s van centrale magazijn, met wie je een deel van je tijd nauw samenwerkt.
