Wil jij HR mee vormgeven waar de mens centraal staat, zonder de organisatie uit het oog te verliezen?

Als HR-specialist begeleid je medewerkers en leidinggevenden op cruciale momenten in hun loopbaan. Je ondersteunt re-integratie- en inclusietrajecten, werkt mee aan rekrutering en selectie en adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Daarbij zoek je telkens naar het juiste evenwicht tussen menselijkheid en organisatiebelang, tussen rechten en verantwoordelijkheden, en tussen individuele noden en de impact op het team. Dat maakt jouw advies geloofwaardig, gedragen en haalbaar in de praktijk.

We zoeken vooral iemand die zich herkent in onderstaande manier van werken. Je hoeft niet aan elk punt volledig te voldoen om te solliciteren:

  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je luistert, stelt gerichte vragen en geeft helder advies.
  • Je communiceert ook over gevoelige onderwerpen op een respectvolle en begrijpelijke manier.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en helpt ideeën omzetten in de praktijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht.
  • Je werkt graag samen en legt gemakkelijk contact.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar HR-regelgeving en wil je hierin verder verdiepen.

Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kennen. Zin om bij te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen HR vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Je komt terecht in een HR-team van 10 medewerkers, georganiseerd in drie clusters. Elke cluster ondersteunt een eigen klantengroep van een 300-tal medewerkers binnen Het Facilitair Bedrijf. Die klantengroepen bestaan uit administratieve diensten en operationele teams verspreid over Vlaanderen, met medewerkers in catering, schoonmaak, onthaal en hospitality, uitbating en technisch beheer.

Binnen je cluster werk je nauw samen met een HR-generalist en een administratief HR-medewerker. Samen ondersteunen jullie leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je stemt ook regelmatig af met de twee andere HR-specialisten. Zo delen jullie kennis, bespreken jullie regelgeving en bouwen jullie samen aan duidelijke en kwaliteitsvolle werkwijzen voor de hele organisatie. Je combineert dus een nauwe band met je eigen klantengroep met samenwerking over de verschillende teams heen.

Het Facilitair Bedrijf biedt je de kans om je loopbaan bij de Vlaamse overheid te starten. Je leert de functie stap voor stap kennen, loopt mee met ervaren collega’s en kunt opleidingen volgen. Je krijgt begeleiding waar nodig en voldoende autonomie om te groeien in je rol.
