This is an individual contributor role combining deep technical expertise, solution architecture and collaborative engineering leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and hands-on development of scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds, CPQ and Conga CLM.
  • Own complex implementations from requirements through production, emphasizing performance, governor-limit safety, security and maintainability.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, evaluating architectural options and trade-offs.
  • Drive engineering best practices across Apex, LWC, automation frameworks, data modeling, integrations, code quality and SDLC.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, mentor engineers and promote consistent development standards.
  • Partner with administrators, consultants and operations teams to align declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt, platform scalability risks and org-health concerns.
  • Evaluate Salesforce platform enhancements and opportunities to improve reliability, automation and data quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

Critical Skills:

  • 3+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM experience (mandatory), including pricing, product rules, quote templates, amendments and renewals.
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled Apex, Platform Events).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing/security, large data volumes, SOQL optimization and governor limits.
  • Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Named Credentials and event-driven architectures.
  • Proven ability to independently architect and implement complex solutions across multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
  • 2+ years of technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical guidance or mentoring.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Salesforce CPQ, Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with Copado, Git-based development, CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
