Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Som Redovisningsekonom hos oss ges du möjligheten att arbeta med många delar av redovisningskedjan i flera bolag i koncernen – från löpande redovisning till bokslut och rapportering. Du ansluter till ett sammansvetsat och kompetent ekonomiteam med nio kollegor inom redovisning och controlling. Tillsammans bidrar ni med kompetens, engagemang och såklart – arbetsglädje. Du rapporterar till Eleanor, Accounting Manager, och har din placering på kontoret i Habo, strax utanför Jönköping.

• Löpande redovisning och avstämningar

• Månads- och årsbokslut

• Moms och skatt

• Kreditbedömning

• Reskontrahantering

• Externa kontakter: revisorer, bank och myndigheter

• Stödja verksamheten med ekonomisk kompetens och service

• Bidra till utveckling och förbättringsarbeten inom ekonomifunktionen

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi och några års erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete. Du känner dig trygg i redovisningen och har erfarenhet av bokslut, rapportering samt moms- och skatt. Du har god systemvana, arbetar obehindrat i Excel och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och arbetssätt. Har du erfarenhet av Jeeves eller AARO är det meriterande.

Som person är du strukturerad, noggrann och analytisk med förmåga att se både detaljer och helhet. Du tar ansvar för ditt arbete, driver dina frågor framåt och ser möjligheter till förbättring. Eftersom rollen innebär många kontaktytor är du kommunikativ, serviceinriktad och trivs med att bygga goda relationer. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi också att du är prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och uppskattar en kultur där man hjälper varandra, delar med sig av kunskap och har roligt tillsammans. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
