Ledsager søges til kvinde på 23 år i Karise/Køge

Barselsvikariat fra nu og frem

Borger har en kognitiv funktionsnedsættelse og nedsat motorik. Hun kan være svær at forstå og har ikke det største ordforråd. Men man lære fint at forstå hende henad vejen. Hun forstår de basale ting, som foregår rundt om hende. Hun er en udadvendt, glad og samarbejdsvillig ung kvinde. Hun er meget selvhjulpen, men hun har brug for støtte, og en som kan tage ud sammen med hende. Hun er ikke trafiksikker.

Hun ønsker ledsagelse til at tage på hyggeture - primært koncerter - café - svømmehal (bedst hvis ledsager kan være med i vandet) og lign. Borger er åben for bud på aktiviteter. Dog ville hun ikke få noget ud af f.eks. en biograftur. En gang om året kan der måske være en weekendtur.

Hun kan selv tage tur/retur til Karise, så man vil også kunne have start/slut ved Køge st.

Borger har 15 timer pr. måned til ledsagelse.

Ledsagelsen vil ligge i weekenden.

Ca. 1-2 gange pr. måned, ca. 2-4 timer pr. gang.

Aftaler laves i starten i samarbejde med borgers forældre på sigt med bostedet.

Stillingen som ledsager er en deltidsstilling.

Ledsagelseordningen bruges altid til selvvalgte aktiviteter uden for borgers bolig.

Borger afholder alle udgifter i forbindelse med ledsagelsen.

Timeløn:

Hverdage: Ca. 170 kr.

Lørdag: Ca. 180 kr.

Søndag: Ca. 190 kr.

Lønnen varierer i forhold til, hvor i landet borger bor.
