Product Advisor

This position reports to the Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Our growing Sales department is looking for ambitious and self-motivated person to join our team. No automotive experience required, we offer a base salary and bonus incentives. If you have experience in retail sales, wireless sales, customer service or any related industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career, apply here! Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Approach, greet and offer Rockstar assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Be well versed in Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram. Help put us on the map with valid content.
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
  • Have a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Come to work to work hard and achieve goals.
  • Work hard to find a way to say yes and help the customer.
  • Work as a team towards common goals.
