Recruitment & Retention Specialist – Wind Industry Join FairWind and become part of one of our key international recruitment initiatives within the wind industry! We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support a large - scale international recruitment project focused on attracting skilled wind turbine technicians across global markets. 📍 Location: Remote or Hybrid (Poland / Germany / UK)

Required ✅ Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the wind industry ✅ Proven experience recruiting technical profiles such as:

Blade Technicians Wind Turbine Technicians Troubleshooters Electricians Mechanics Team Leaders Other specialized wind industry professionals

✅ Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes ✅ International recruitment experience ✅ Very good English communication skills ✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✅ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and recruitment platforms ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach ✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team

Nice to have

Knowledge of Global Mobility and cross-border hiring processes Experience with employer branding initiatives Experience supporting employee retention and engagement programs

Your role

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for wind turbine technicians and other technical positions Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across international markets Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Resource Planning teams Support onboarding coordination and candidate documentation processes Support retention initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and reducing turnover Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment reporting Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
