O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia...

  • Receber, importar, organizar e conferir documentos fiscais, verificando a integridade dos arquivos XML e dos dados de origem;
  • Executar e revisar a escrituração e conciliação fiscal de empresas de média e alta complexidade, incluindo o Lucro Real;
  • Identificar divergências de escrituração, classificação fiscal, retenções e apuração, solicitando documentos ou correções quando necessário;
  • Escriturar e conciliar informações fiscais e executar conferências compatíveis com as atividades distribuídas;
  • Apurar tributos de acordo com o regime e a complexidade autorizados para o profissional;
  • Apurar PIS e COFINS no regime não cumulativo, levantando e validando os créditos permitidos;
  • Apurar ICMS com créditos, substituição tributária, DIFAL e benefícios fiscais aplicáveis;
  • Preparar, conferir e disponibilizar guias de recolhimento dentro dos prazos previstos;
  • Elaborar e entregar obrigações de maior complexidade (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, e GIA);
  • Preparar, conferir e, quando autorizado, transmitir obrigações acessórias, arquivar recibos e evidências de entrega;
  • Fazer cruzamentos de conferência antes da transmissão (XML x escrituração, faturamento x DAS, SPED);
  • Monitorar pendências, acompanhar retornos de clientes e contribuir com o fechamento mensal;
  • Resolver malhas fiscais e pendências tributárias em todas as esferas;
  • Acompanhar fiscalizações e responder a notificações dos órgãos competentes, com suporte do Analista;
  • Prestar atendimento consultivo, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando os clientes sobre procedimentos fiscais;
  • Atender solicitações operacionais dos clientes e escalar situações que excedam sua autonomia;
  • Revisar o trabalho de Auxiliares e Assistentes Júnior e Pleno antes da entrega ao cliente;
  • Acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária e compartilhar as atualizações com o time;
  • Treinar novos integrantes do setor nas rotinas e nos padrões da empresa;
  • Participar de treinamentos, aplicar procedimentos padronizados e reportar riscos ou inconsistências identificados;
  • Registrar as etapas e manter atualizados os controles internos e sistemas de acompanhamento;
  • Sugerir melhorias e padronizações nos processos do setor ao Analista ou Coordenador.

O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time...

  • Ensino superior em Ciências Contábeis completo ou em andamento, a partir do 4º semestre;
  • Experiência na área fiscal;
  • Vivência em apuração de tributos nos regimes Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições e EFD-Reinf) e em sistemas fiscais (Domínio, Onvio e SIEG);
  • Desejável experiência anterior em escritório contábil;
  • Desejável conhecimento em parcelamento de tributos;
  • Desejável Excel em nível intermediário.

Regime: CLT.

Remuneração: R$ 3.077,00.

Benefícios: VT + Vale-Refeição flexível pela Flash (R$ 31,00 por dia) + Plano de Saúde (70% custeado pela empresa) + Clude (terapia online) + Day Off no mês do aniversário + Plano de Carreira Estruturado.

Horário: Segunda a Sexta, das 08h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço.

Local: Oswaldo Cruz, São Caetano do Sul/SP.
