O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia...

  • Auxiliar no pré-preparo dos alimentos, incluindo higienização, separação, corte e porcionamento dos ingredientes;
  • Apoiar o preparo e a cocção de alimentos no fogão e no forno, seguindo receitas, padrões e orientações do responsável pela cozinha;
  • Auxiliar na preparação de massas de pizza e outras massas utilizadas no restaurante;
  • Apoiar a montagem e a finalização de pizzas, paninos e demais produtos comercializados;
  • Preparar os ingredientes utilizados nos produtos, incluindo fatiar presunto, cortar ou fatiar queijos e organizar recheios;
  • Acompanhar e repor os ingredientes e materiais utilizados nas estações de preparo;
  • Auxiliar no recebimento e na conferência de mercadorias, observando quantidades, condições das embalagens e validade;
  • Apoiar a organização e o controle do estoque, comunicando a necessidade de reposição e armazenando os produtos nos locais adequados;
  • Higienizar bancadas, equipamentos, utensílios, pisos e demais superfícies da cozinha, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;
  • Lavar e organizar pratos, talheres, bandejas, copos e outros utensílios utilizados no preparo e no atendimento;
  • Apoiar a limpeza e a organização geral do restaurante;
  • Auxiliar na preparação, limpeza e reorganização das mesas antes e após o atendimento;
  • Apoiar, quando necessário, a coleta de pedidos e o serviço de produtos aos clientes, conforme orientação da equipe;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos de higiene pessoal, manipulação de alimentos e segurança no uso de equipamentos.

O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time...

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência como cozinheiro(a).

Regime: CLT.

Remuneração: R$ 3.000,00.

Benefícios: VT + VR (R$ 24,50 por dia).

Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 09h às 18h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço e 15 minutos de pausa para o café da tarde. Aos sábados, das 18h às 22h.

Local: Centro, São Bernardo do Campo/SP
