Empresa que atua há mais de trinta anos nas áreas de venda, locação, manutenção de compressores e também projeto e instalações de tubulação de ar comprimido, além de uma linha completa para quaisquer soluções em ar comprimido.

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia...

  • Realizar a prospecção de novos clientes e a abertura de oportunidades de negócios;
  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais de acordo com as necessidades identificadas;
  • Acompanhar o andamento das propostas comerciais, realizando negociações e follow-up para fechamento dos pedidos;
  • Registrar e atualizar pedidos no sistema, garantindo a correta inserção das informações comerciais;
  • Realizar o faturamento dos pedidos em sistema, exceto atividades relacionadas à emissão fiscal;
  • Identificar as necessidades dos clientes por meio de levantamentos e diagnósticos, propondo soluções adequadas para cada demanda;
  • Comercializar compressores de pistão e parafuso, bem como peças de reposição e acessórios;
  • Realizar a venda de serviços de locação de equipamentos;
  • Atuar como interface entre o cliente e a fabricante Schulz em processos relacionados à garantia e reposição de peças;
  • Manter o relacionamento com clientes, prestando suporte comercial e acompanhando o pós-venda quando necessário.

O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time...

  • Ensino Médio completo, sendo desejável formação técnica ou superior em áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência com vendas B2B;
  • Conhecimento e facilidade na utilização de sistemas informatizados, como CRM, ERP, WhatsApp Web e demais ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Será um diferencial experiência comercial na área industrial.

Regime: CLT.

Remuneração: De R$ 2.800,00 a R$ 3.200,00 (Conforme perfil do candidato) + 1% de comissão + Prêmio acelerador sobre meta atingida.

Observação: Remuneração variável composta por comissão e bonificação, de acordo com o desempenho e os resultados alcançados. A comissão é paga desde a primeira venda realizada, independentemente do atingimento das metas estabelecidas.

Benefícios: VR/VA (R$ 26,00/dia em cartão) + VT ou auxílio combustível compatível + Convênio com SESC + Seguro de vida.

Horário: Segunda a Quinta das 08h às 18h e Sexta das 08h às 17h.

Local: Utinga, Santo André.
