As responsabilidades do (a) profissional que ocupará esse cargo serão:

  • Tratamento de notas fiscais de material e serviço no (SAP);
  • Análise de contratos com visão nos vencimentos, escopo, e gestão contratual;
  • Validação de contrato junto a área de suprimentos;
  • Atualização das planilhas de controles da área;
  • Lançamento de requisições e pedidos de compras SAP;
  • Controle de prazos de envio de medição e emissão de notas;
  • Atendimento ao cliente e fornecedores;
  • Recebimento e devoluções de equipamentos alugados (Computadores, celulares e outros);
  • Abertura de chamados para envio e retorno de máquinas para assistência técnica e outros registros;
  • Negociação com assistência técnica para reparo das máquinas;
  • Abertura de chamados para criação de ativos imobilizado;
  • Acompanhamento de chamados de compra (Qualitor);
  • Validação de chamados para compras e acompanhamento até finalização do chamado (Qualitor);
  • Lançamento de faturas.

Para esta posição, precisamos que você possua:

  • Experiência prévia na área administrativa.
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office e sistemas de gestão.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidades organizacionais.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e lidar com múltiplas tarefas.
