Wil je graag aan de slag binnen een internationale productieomgeving waar je stap voor stap kan groeien? Voor een gevestigde onderneming in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker Supply Chain. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat alle informatie over de producten en hun samenstelling correct wordt bijgehouden. Je ondersteunt zo de verschillende schakels binnen de supply chain en helpt mee om de productie goed voorbereid te laten verlopen.

Deze functie is ook toegankelijk voor junior kandidaten. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en kan op termijn doorgroeien richting productieplanning.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van productdossiers in SAP, waarbij je alle relevante productinformatie samenbrengt.
  • Je registreert gegevens over onder meer grondstoffen, flessen, verpakkingen, etiketten, lijmsoorten, bedrukking en de manier waarop producten op pallets worden gestapeld.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de ingevoerde data en voert aanpassingen door wanneer productgegevens wijzigen.
  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve opvolging binnen master data en procurement.
  • Je maakt productinformatie toegankelijk voor de collega's die instaan voor aankoop en de verdere voorbereiding van de productie.
  • Je organiseert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig en stemt de verwerking van dossiers af op de geplande productiemomenten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verschillende collega's binnen het Supply Chain-team.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je takenpakket geleidelijk uit te breiden en op termijn ook de productieplanning te leren kennen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur binnen een administratieve, logistieke of bedrijfseconomische richting. Ook zonder specifiek diploma kan je in aanmerking komen.
  • Je bent starter of hebt al een eerste ervaring opgebouwd in administratie, logistiek, aankoop of supply chain.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office. Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-pakket is een voordeel.
