Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je doorgrondt de huidige productieprocessen en maakt de data overzichtelijk voor je team en je leidinggevende.
  • Je legt scherpe KPI's vast en zorgt voor duidelijke doelstellingen op teamniveau.
  • Je stuurt de optimalisatie van processen aan met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt met engineering samen aan automatisatie en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je voert overleg met je collega-supervisors om de productieflow soepel en rendabel te houden.
  • Je begeleidt je team in zijn groei en motiveert iedereen om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de teamleader en ondersteunt hem in zijn dagelijkse aansturing.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer gegarandeerd zijn.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma of over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
