Correcte productinformatie vormt de basis van een goed draaiende productieorganisatie. Daarom zoeken we voor een internationale productieonderneming in de regio Wervik een Junior Supply Chain Specialist die graag met gegevens werkt en een ondersteunende rol wil opnemen binnen Supply Chain.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en beheren van productdossiers in het ERP-systeem. Daarmee zorg je ervoor dat aankoop en productieplanning over alle nodige informatie beschikken. Je hoeft hiervoor geen ervaren SAP-specialist te zijn: motivatie, nauwkeurigheid en leergierigheid zijn doorslaggevend. Bovendien krijg je de mogelijkheid om op termijn door te groeien naar productieplanning.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je vertaalt productinformatie naar overzichtelijke en volledige dossiers in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je brengt alle componenten van een product samen, gaande van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmateriaal tot etiketten, lijmen, bedrukking en palletisering.
  • Je voert nieuwe gegevens in, actualiseert bestaande informatie en controleert of alles correct geregistreerd staat.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de activiteiten binnen master data en procurement.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de gegevens die door aankoop en productieplanning worden gebruikt betrouwbaar en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je volgt je eigen dossiers op en maakt een inschatting van de prioriteiten op basis van de geplande productie.
  • Je overlegt met collega's binnen het Supply Chain-team en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming.
  • Je bouwt geleidelijk meer kennis op van de productieprocessen en krijgt de kans om later ook taken binnen productieplanning op te nemen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau.
  • Je hebt interesse in productie, logistiek, administratie of supply chain. Ervaring is niet noodzakelijk, waardoor ook starters welkom zijn.
  • Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en vindt het prettig om je eigen werkzaamheden te organiseren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met ERP-software is een pluspunt, maar SAP wordt intern aangeleerd.
  • Je bent ambitieus en ziet deze functie als een kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een productiebedrijf.
