Heb jij ervaring met transportplanning en weet je hoe je verschillende opdrachten, beschikbare capaciteit en deadlines op elkaar afstemt? In deze functie neem je een actieve rol op in het opmaken en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transportplanningen. Je komt terecht bij een internationale organisatie in de regio Zwijndrecht, waar je snel moet kunnen schakelen bij wijzigingen en ervoor zorgt dat transportopdrachten zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingepland en uitgevoerd.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt dagelijkse transportplanningen op en houdt daarbij rekening met beschikbare capaciteit, prioriteiten, deadlines en operationele beperkingen.
  • Je optimaliseert routes en planningen waar mogelijk en stuurt deze onmiddellijk bij wanneer orders, beschikbaarheden of omstandigheden wijzigen.
  • Je coördineert de uitvoering van transportopdrachten en stemt continu af met klanten, interne afdelingen en externe transportpartners.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van geplande ritten en onderneemt actie bij vertragingen, afwijkingen of onverwachte problemen.
  • Je volgt de bijhorende administratie op, controleert relevante gegevens en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het planningsproces.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in transportplanning, logistieke coördinatie of een vergelijkbare operationele functie.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een planning opmaken en behoudt het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch, stressbestendig en sterk in het oplossen van praktische planningsproblemen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken wanneer de operationele planning dit vereist.
