Ben jij iemand die graag structuur brengt in logistieke processen, vlot met systemen werkt en oog heeft voor correcte data?

Voor een groeiende en familiale organisatie in de regio Kuurne zoeken we een Logistiek Procesbeheerder. Je wordt een belangrijke schakel in het beheer van de logistieke systemen en de bijhorende datastromen. De organisatie staat voor de verhuis naar een volledig nieuw en sterk geautomatiseerd magazijn. Een mooie uitdaging waarbij je mee instaat voor een efficiënte inrichting en een correcte werking van de achterliggende processen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • WMS-beheer: je volgt de warehouse managementsystemen administratief op en werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan. Je beheert onder andere magazijnlocaties, zones en systeemparameters.
  • Datakwaliteit: je zorgt ervoor dat artikelgegevens correct en volledig zijn. Je spoort fouten of ontbrekende informatie op en stemt hierover af met aankoop en ERP.
  • Rapportering en inzichten: je stelt rapportages en dashboards op, verwerkt logistieke gegevens en detecteert opportuniteiten om processen te verbeteren.
  • Systeem- en procesopvolging: je bewaakt de goede werking van de systemen, volgt testen en uitbreidingen op en behandelt eventuele fouten in samenwerking met interne teams en externe leveranciers.
  • Projectondersteuning: je helpt bij de digitale voorbereiding van het nieuwe magazijn en denkt mee na over een efficiënte inrichting en optimalisatie van de logistieke werking.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een achtergrond of werkervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of magazijnbeheer. Ervaring met logistieke administratie is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met WMS-systemen of hebt een sterke interesse in de werking en het beheer ervan. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk, hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en zoekt graag naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, aankoop en IT.
