Voor een sterk geautomatiseerde productieorganisatie in de regio Poperinge zoeken we een Maintenance Coördinator die technische expertise combineert met organisatorisch talent en een passie voor people management. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over de onderhoudswerking binnen een specifieke productieafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers, installaties en onderhoudsprocessen optimaal functioneren.

Je combineert maintenancecoördinatie, technische probleemoplossing en continue verbetering binnen een moderne productieomgeving met hoogtechnologische installaties. Een uitdagende functie waarin je zowel operationeel als organisatorisch een belangrijke impact hebt op de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de onderhoudsplanning en dagelijkse coördinatie van interne en externe techniekers binnen jouw toegewezen productieafdeling.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt jouw technische medewerkers en stimuleert hun verdere ontwikkeling door opleiding, kennisdeling en begeleiding.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele afdelingsverantwoordelijken om onderhoudsprioriteiten, technische storingen en geplande interventies optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat preventieve en correctieve interventies efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je analyseert complexe technische problemen en werkt samen met jouw team aan structurele oplossingen die de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties verhogen.
  • Je optimaliseert bestaande onderhoudsschema's, technische procedures en werkinstructies en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden toegepast.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor technische verbeteringen en innovatie en werkt actief mee aan het verhogen van de efficiëntie en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en stimuleert een veilige, gestructureerde en proactieve onderhoudscultuur.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en hebt een sterke affiniteit met industrieel onderhoud en productie-installaties.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht en analytisch probleemoplossend vermogen met een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor technische en organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, besluitvaardig en communicatief en beschikt over goede digitale vaardigheden, waaronder Excel. Kennis van SAP vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt natuurlijke leadershipkwaliteiten, werkt graag samen met techniekers en operationele verantwoordelijken en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
