Voor een vooraanstaande, innovatieve producent van klantspecifieke technische installaties en industriële modules in regio Deinze - Tielt zoeken we een gedreven Manufacturing Team Lead. In deze rol neem je de operationele leiding over de werkvloer: je stuurt een vakkundige ploeg aan, bewaakt de planning en output van lopende constructieprojecten en tilt de werking naar een hoger niveau door continue procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Ploegleiding & Coördinatie: Begeleiden, motiveren en ontwikkelen van een operationeel team van een 20-tal technici en monteurs, met veel aandacht voor teamspirit, veiligheid en orde.
  • Productie- & Projectopvolging: In nauwe afstemming met Supply Chain en Engineering zorgen dat unieke klantprojecten foutloos en strikt binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines de werkplaats verlaten.
  • Procesverbetering & Innovatie: Signaleren van knelpunten en implementeren van gerichte verbeteracties rond doorlooptijd, kwaliteit en ergonomie, inclusief het ondersteunen van nieuwe digitale werkinstructies.
  • Technisch beheer: Toezien op de goede staat en inzet van het machine- en gereedschapspark, preventief onderhoud coördineren en schakelen met externe servicebedrijven bij technische interventies.
  • Rapportage: Opvolgen van de operationele rendabiliteit, stilstanden en kwaliteitsstatistieken, en deze helder bespreken in het wekelijks overleg met de directie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Niveau: Minimaal een technisch bachelordiploma (bijv. Mechanica, Elektromechanica, Productietechniek) of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare technische werkervaring.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring: Ervaring in een aansturende rol (als meestergast, brigadier, ploegbaas of productieleider) binnen een technische assemblage-, machine- of constructieomgeving.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Toegankelijke people manager die met een nuchtere, oplossingsgerichte houding het beste uit zijn team haalt en stevig in zijn schoenen staat op de vloer.
  • Technologie & Data: Vlotte affiniteit met geautomatiseerde productietechnieken en ervaring met digitale ERP-systemen.
  • Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands én het Frans, essentieel voor een heldere en vlotte aansturing van alle medewerkers.
