Ben je nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en heb je interesse in productie en supply chain? Voor een internationale productieonderneming in de regio Poperinge zoeken we een Medewerker Master Data & Procurement. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle productgegevens correct en volledig in het ERP-systeem worden geregistreerd. Daarmee leg je de basis voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen aankoop, supply chain en productieplanning.

Heb je nog geen uitgebreide ervaring? Geen probleem. Ook gemotiveerde starters krijgen hier de kans om zich te ontwikkelen. Op termijn kan je bovendien doorgroeien naar een functie binnen de productieplanning.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt de technische en administratieve gegevens van nieuwe en bestaande producten in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je stelt per product een volledig dossier samen met onder andere informatie over grondstoffen, verpakkingen, etiketten, lijmen, bedrukking en palletiseerpatronen.
  • Je controleert de ingevoerde gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat de productinformatie steeds correct en actueel blijft.
  • Je ondersteunt de masterdata- en procurementactiviteiten binnen het Supply Chain-team.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is voor collega's die instaan voor bestellingen en productieplanning.
  • Je beheert je eigen takenpakket en bepaalt zelfstandig welke dossiers prioriteit krijgen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van aankoop, master data en productieplanning.
  • Naarmate je meer kennis opbouwt, krijg je de mogelijkheid om bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden binnen de productieplanning op te nemen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt interesse in administratie, logistiek, supply chain of productie. Een bachelor- of masterdiploma is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Zowel gemotiveerde schoolverlaters als kandidaten met relevante werkervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen, maar SAP-kennis is geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor een functie waarin je op termijn verder kan groeien.
