Geef richting aan het onderhoud van een grote, moderne productiesite waar betrouwbaarheid de norm is. Als Onderhoudsverantwoordelijke sta je aan het hoofd van een ervaren technisch team en zorg je dat duizenden installaties altijd performant blijven. Je combineert technische kennis met leiderschap, werkt aan een veilige omgeving en ontwikkelt verbeterprojecten die het verschil maken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt alle vormen van onderhoud aan, van preventief en predictief tot correctief, en houdt de registratie in het onderhoudssysteem kloppend.
  • Je zoekt naar de oorzaak van storingen, lost ze op, beperkt stilstand en beheert de stock en aankoop van onderdelen.
  • Je begeleidt, schoolt en ontwikkelt het onderhoudsteam en het facilitaire team naar een hoger niveau.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen en volgt de kalibratie en verificatie van kritische apparatuur op.
  • Je werkt aan verbetering door stilstanden te analyseren, processen te optimaliseren en nieuwe technologieën te introduceren.
  • Je volgt de toestand van de installaties, de utilities en het budget op en maakt de jaarlijkse prestatierapporten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in onderhoud in een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je gaf al leiding aan technici en coördineerde hun werkzaamheden.
  • Je kent elektrische systemen, bekabeling en stuurkringen en begrijpt technische schema's en blauwdrukken.
  • Je bent een bewezen probleemoplosser in storingen, herstellingen en preventief onderhoud.
  • Je neemt veiligheid serieus en leeft de voorschriften strikt na.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met kwaliteit, productie en veiligheid en communiceert helder.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Engels, wat voor deze rol noodzakelijk is.
