Voor een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Operations & Process Coordinator. In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte en goed georganiseerde productieomgeving. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat operationele processen vlot op elkaar aansluiten.

Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen, processen kritisch te bekijken en verbeterkansen te detecteren. Daarbij combineer je een hands-on mentaliteit met een analytische ingesteldheid en weet je verschillende stakeholders rond gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen te verbinden.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse operationele werking op en zorgt ervoor dat afgesproken doelstellingen en prioriteiten bewaakt worden.
  • Je brengt bestaande processen en werkmethodes in kaart en detecteert opportuniteiten om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je analyseert operationele resultaten en stelt rapportages op aan de hand van relevante KPI's.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen in capaciteit, productiviteit en planning en werkt mee aan passende oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief bij optimalisatieprojecten en begeleidt de implementatie van verbeteracties.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's uit productie, techniek, kwaliteit en planning om een vlotte samenwerking te garanderen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne teams bij het uitwerken en implementeren van procedures en gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende projecten en zorgt ervoor dat actiepunten effectief worden opgevolgd.
  • Je rapporteert over de operationele werking en bespreekt verbetervoorstellen met het management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een industriële of productiegerichte omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in operationele processen, efficiëntie en organisatie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan gegevens vertalen naar concrete inzichten en verbeteracties.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en voelt je comfortabel in een functie met contacten over verschillende afdelingen heen.
