Voor een stabiele, internationaal actieve industriële speler in regio Ieper zoeken we een Productie- & Procesoptimalisatie Ingenieur die de technische betrouwbaarheid van de productieprocessen naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze veelzijdige rol vorm je de brug tussen engineering en de productievloer: je analyseert machineparameters, pakt terugkerende storingen structureel aan en drijft continu verbeteringen door op het vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en cyclustijden binnen een modern machinepark.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Procesoptimalisatie: Analyseren en verfijnen van parameters om cyclustijden, uitval (scrap) en energieverbruik continu te reduceren.
  • Troubleshooting: Uitvoeren van root-cause analyses bij afwijkingen en implementeren van structurele oplossingen.
  • Ondersteuning & NPI: Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de vloer bij storingen en actieve begeleiding van proefspuitingen en nieuwe productintroducties.
  • Borging & Kennis: Vastleggen van parameters, standaarden en KPI's in ERP/procesdatabases en het coachen van operatoren.
  • Samenwerking: Afstemmen met R&D, Maintenance en Quality om procesverbeteringen soepel te valideren en door te voeren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bijv. Kunststofverwerking, Elektromechanica, Ontwerp- & Productietechnologie).
  • Relevante ervaring in proces- of productie-engineering.
  • Pragmatisch, analytisch en zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Ervaring met Office 365 en ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) voor data- en procesopvolging.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands met een degelijke basis in het Engels en Frans.
