Voor een innovatieve en internationaal groeiende productieorganisatie in de regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Production Supervisor die de dagelijkse leiding neemt over de assemblageafdeling. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, middelen en processen optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je komt terecht in een moderne, technische productieomgeving waar efficiëntie, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan, en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse operationele leiding over de assemblageafdeling en stuurt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers aan, met constante aandacht voor output, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat orders efficiënt, conform kwaliteitsnormen en binnen de afgesproken deadlines worden opgeleverd.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt je teamleden en bent verantwoordelijk voor hun onboarding, opleiding en verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je analyseert productie-KPI's en neemt het voortouw in continuous improvement door assemblageflows, werkmethodes en processen te optimaliseren en verspillingen te elimineren.
  • Je pakt operationele knelpunten pragmatisch aan, geeft het goede voorbeeld op de werkvloer en denkt als rechterhand van de Operations Director actief mee over de strategische groei van de productie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële productie- of assemblageomgeving (bijvoorbeeld als Productieleider, Supervisor of Teamleader).
  • Je beschikt over een solide technische achtergrond en inzicht in hedendaagse assemblageprocessen.
  • Ervaring binnen geautomatiseerde productieomgevingen of het aansturen van middelgrote tot grote teams is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je professioneel vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager: communicatief sterk, besluitvaardig, oplossingsgericht en in staat om een team mee te nemen in continue verandering.
