Voor een toonaangevende fabrikant van technische maatwerkproducten voor de bouwsector in de ruime regio rond Menen, zoeken wij een gedreven en technisch sterke Production Manager. Je komt terecht in een recente, hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar innovatie, vakmanschap en automatisatie hand in hand gaan. In deze rol geef je leiding aan een hecht productieteam van een 15-tal medewerkers en speel je een sleutelrol in verdere procesoptimalisatie en groei.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Dagelijkse aansturing, planning en coaching van een productieteam van circa 15 medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van de productiestroom in nauw overleg met de planning en projectteams, zodat alle maatwerkorders tijdig en conform de kwaliteitsnormen gereed zijn.
  • Initiëren van verbeterprojecten op vlak van output, veiligheid en kwaliteit, alsook het ondersteunen van de verdere digitalisering van de werkvloer.
  • Toezien op een optimaal gebruik en eerstelijnsonderhoud van het machinepark en contact onderhouden met externe toeleveranciers en servicepartners.
  • Periodiek opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's om de operationele resultaten te rapporteren aan het management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde een technisch bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring.
  • Relevante leidinggevende ervaring als productieverantwoordelijke of productiemanager binnen een technische productie- of assemblageomgeving.
  • Sterke people management vaardigheden: een motiverende coach met natuurlijk gezag en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Goed technisch inzicht en affiniteit met moderne productietechnieken en digitale toepassingen.
  • Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans met het oog op de dagelijkse communicatie op de werkvloer.
