Voor een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Production Operations Specialist. In deze rol ben je nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking van de productieafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, middelen en productieprocessen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het behalen van haar operationele doelstellingen.

Je bent iemand die graag dicht bij de productie staat, maar tegelijk voldoende afstand neemt om processen en resultaten kritisch te analyseren. Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse werking, detecteert opportuniteiten en zet verbeterpunten om in concrete acties. Daarbij werk je samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en fungeer je als een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor de productieverantwoordelijken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieprestaties en volgt op of de vooropgestelde volumes, rendementen en efficiëntiedoelstellingen worden behaald.
  • Je analyseert productiegegevens en brengt afwijkingen, verliezen en terugkerende operationele problemen in kaart.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieorganisatie bij het opstellen en bijsturen van prioriteiten op basis van capaciteit, beschikbare middelen en geplande volumes.
  • Je volgt de personeelsinzet en productiebezetting op en denkt actief mee over een optimale organisatie van de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt samen met de technische dienst om productieverstoringen te analyseren en structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt verbetertrajecten die bijdragen aan een hogere productiviteit, betere kwaliteit en minder verspilling.
  • Je ontwikkelt overzichtelijke rapportages en dashboards waarmee de operationele prestaties inzichtelijk worden gemaakt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en begrijpt de dynamiek van een industriële werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in productieprocessen, capaciteitsplanning en operationele performantie.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt graag met cijfers, rapportages en KPI's.
  • Ervaring met Lean Manufacturing, OEE, continuous improvement of procesoptimalisatie is een mooie troef.
