Wil jij de overstap maken naar een innovatieve en groeiende kmo waar je niet verdwijnt in een grote structuur, maar vanaf dag één het verschil kunt maken? Voor een specialist in elektrotechnische projecten in diverse sectoren zoeken wij een gedreven Project Manager. In deze veelzijdige rol stuur je een in-house team van technisch sterke collega's aan en werkt je in een no-nonsense omgeving waar de CEO en de Business Unit Manager direct klaarstaan om hun kennis met jou te delen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt elektrotechnische projecten in verschillende sectoren van A tot Z in handen en zorgt voor een feilloze operationele uitvoering.
  • Je staat in voor de cost control, budgetbewaking en de administratieve facturatie van de aan jou toegewezen projectportefeuille.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale en betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgevers en communiceert helder over de voortgang en de technische uitwerking.
  • Je stuurt de eigen technici en de externe onderaannemers op een motiverende wijze aan en brengt mensen samen om tot het beste resultaat te komen.
  • Je ziet er nauwgezet op toe dat de kwaliteitsnormen en de veiligheidsvoorschriften op elke werf consequent worden nageleefd.
  • Je structureert de materiaalbehoeften en stemt met de aankoopdienst af zodat alle componenten tijdig op de juiste locatie arriveren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een hogere technische scholing genoten (Bachelor of Master) en beschikt over een uitstekend analytisch vermogen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring in een elektrotechnische omgeving en weet de rust te bewaren in een veranderlijke context.
  • Je bent vlot in het gebruik van MS Office-toepassingen, waarbij een actieve kennis van MS Project een sterke troef is.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig, straalt vertrouwen uit en kunt projecten op een overtuigende manier presenteren aan klanten.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende talenkennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk onderlegd en hebt oog voor de mens achter het werk, waarbij je collega's ondersteunt in hun groei.
